1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Appointment
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.
- However, you have the right to reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost.
Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may be eligible for a refund.
- An administrative fee may apply, depending on the service booked.
2. Doctor-Initiated Cancellations
- If your assigned doctor cancels your appointment, we will automatically reassign another doctor to your case.
- If we are unable to reassign a new doctor before your scheduled appointment time, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
3. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds will not be issued unless a technical issue on our end prevents us from providing the service.
- As this is a digital service, it cannot be returned or refunded under any other circumstance.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed promptly. Administrative fees may be deducted based on the service initially booked.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment once without incurring additional fees.
