Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go! In this article, we'd assist you on the Account Deletion process.

Deactivating your account means:

- The credential can no longer be re-used to log in to Online Doctor app or dashboard.

- You will not have access to your app / dashboard including your booking history, prescriptions, sick notes, consultation reports, or your personal and medical profile.

Please attempt only after you have completed or cancelled all bookings, prescription or sick notes.

Delete Account Instruction

Login to your Online Doctor dashboard or app,  go to 'Account' > Select 3 vertical dot button next to ‘Account Settings' and you would be able to see the Delete My Account option.
